Employment Training

The lawyers at Olson & Olson LLP, regularly assist the firm’s local government clients by providing training to employees on important employment law issues. The training the firm provides is designed to meet the unique needs of local government employers and includes the following areas.

The training sessions presented by the firm employ PowerPoint and other presentation software and are often augmented with interactive discussions, real world examples, and movie clips. Our lawyers work with each specific governmental unit to tailor the training to that unit’s specific needs. The firm’s ability to provide effective training enhanced the fact that its lawyers and other professionals have substantial experience in handling employment matters for local government. Two of the firm’s lawyers, Brian J. Begle and Loren B. Smith, are board certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
